This is an unbreakable rule when dealing with clients if you want to have long term success. The trust and consideration that my clients have put into me is incredibly humbling and appreciated.
Secondly, I’ve learned to structure my business in such a way to get more clients approved and into their homes. We don’t have a “1 size fits all” philosophy. Instead I am a firm believer in understanding your client; because not all clients are the same and their needs are different.
Answering questions (even on weekends) is an important staple of success in this industry and I am more than happy to assist you 7 days a week. Part of customer service is understanding it revolves around the clients schedule. These basic rules have been keys to my business over the last decade and I intend to continue using them to satisfy my clients and get them into their homes.
