Year End Paystub Importance
Providing the year end pay stub for 2024 and 2025 is crucial if you want the mortgage lender to take into account overtime pay / bonus pay / commission income. Mortgage lenders use a 2 year average when factoring in this information. Having the year to date information which is included on the last paystub you receive in a year gives the mortgage lender that information and maximizes the opportunity for it’s inclusion when factoring in your mortgage approval amount.
